On our group tours we choose the venues as a lot of people on group tours are on a budget but that doesn’t mean that you don’t go to exceptional wineries it just means that we are mindful of the cost associated with where we are taking you. We tend to go the more boutique style wineries that really look after guests and give you a ore personalised tasting. However we also take you to the more well known ones as well. It depends on whether you would like to plan your own day on a private tour or let us guide you on a group tour. Whatever you decide to do we make sure you have a great time with us and our aim is your best day possible.
We are child and pet friendly. On our group tours we contact the rest of the group to ensure they are happy for a dog to be onboard and if not we try and make arrangements to accommodate everyone, We offer child seats (we have two booster seats and a baby seat at a small hire fee to ensure they are cleaned on every use), We are happy for people to bring their own baby seats and booster seats if they wish.
If people are sick on the tours and make a mess, there is a $120.00 cleaning fee.
For our groups who have done a wine tour with us we offer transfers to restaurants at and additional cost as we feel we have a duty of care to ensure you are looked after. The cost will depend on where you are staying and can be negotiated on the day or beforehand.
