Included on all full day group tours is 4 wineries, a cheese and chocolate stop, and lastly a distillery as after 4 wineries you a “a bit wined out” and a distillery is a nice way to finish off the day. We do not cover tasting fees or lunch in any of our tours. In regard to tasting fees we feel that paying as you go is a much fairer way of doing things because some wineries and distilleries we go do are free of charge and some are redeemable upon purchase of a bottle of wine, so if we charge you in advance and the tours are never exactly the same then you don’t get that money back and we would prefer for you to save that money.
On our group tours we choose the venues as a lot of people on group tours are on a budget but that doesn’t mean that you don’t go to exceptional wineries it just means that we are mindful of the cost associated with where we are taking you. We tend to go the more boutique style wineries that really look after guests and give you a ore personalised tasting. However we also take you to the more well known ones as well. It depends on whether you would like to plan your own day on a private tour or let us guide you on a group tour. Whatever you decide to do we make sure you have a great time with us and our aim is your best day possible.
